Supplier agreement and platform terms
This agreement is between the supplier applying to join the platform and INFUSED MEDIA LIMITED, trading as Environmental Services. We verify supplier company details, including Companies House information where available, before approving access to live opportunities.
Broker role
Environmental Services acts as a broker and introduction platform only. We receive customer enquiries, qualify the requirement, discuss the route with suitable suppliers and introduce the selected supplier where the customer accepts a quote or agreed commercial route.
Supplier responsibility
The supplier remains fully responsible for pricing, site visits, inspections, method statements, risk assessments, labour, plant, permits, licences, insurances, waste documentation, technical advice, workmanship, completion, defects, complaints, claims and disputes connected with any job.
Liability
INFUSED MEDIA LIMITED is not the contractor, subcontractor, principal contractor, consultant, waste carrier, waste broker for the physical movement of waste, operator, employer or technical adviser for any job unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. The supplier indemnifies INFUSED MEDIA LIMITED against claims, losses, complaints, costs and legal disputes arising from the supplier's quotation, advice, attendance, work, non-performance, documentation or customer relationship.
Commission and payment
Each lead or agreed job route may show a commission percentage or agreed commission position. Our commission is normally added to the customer quote or handled under the agreed route for that opportunity. After successful job completion, INFUSED MEDIA LIMITED will invoice the supplier for the commission due. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless agreed in writing.
Repeat work, variations and no bypass
Commission remains due on repeat work, ongoing work, extensions, variations and related work that comes from an Environmental Services introduction, at the rate quoted on the lead or otherwise agreed in writing. The supplier must not bypass the platform, hide accepted work, move introduced customers outside the agreed route or withhold information needed to calculate commission.
Non-payment
If commission is not paid when due, we may suspend or remove the supplier from the platform, withhold further leads, recover outstanding invoices, add lawful recovery costs or statutory interest where applicable, and contact the customer directly to confirm job status, payment status or future arrangements.
Membership and data
Supplier membership is discretionary. We may approve, reject, suspend or cancel membership at any time. Customer and lead information must be used only for the relevant opportunity and must be kept confidential. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
By ticking acceptance and typing a signature, the supplier confirms it has authority to apply, accepts these terms and agrees that registration cannot proceed without this acceptance.
