Our team has decades of experience across environmental work. We apply that experience to the question the client needs answered, because a planning assessment, an operating-site compliance issue and a pollution incident require different evidence and different technical judgement.
Existing reports and records can still be valuable when their purpose, age and assumptions remain relevant. We review them before recommending more work, while recognising that a change in use, design or site condition can create questions the earlier evidence did not address.
Reports, pricing and customer support
We explain the work and pricing before it starts and keep clients informed while it is under way. Reports state the findings, assumptions and limitations, and related environmental subjects are considered together when they affect the same project.
Approvals and commercial decisions remain with the relevant authority, regulator, lender or other decision-maker. Our role is to provide the environmental evidence and advice within the agreed work.
